The guest house is a standard four bedroom apartment at Monalisa apartment on Camac Street. The apartment is designed with an emphasis on optimizing the use of space. Using theses mediums, the architect integrated different forms, never loosing sight of actual functions and comfort level of the client. The apartment has a very simple and skillful layout and it balances the design elements that are given to the space.
ARCELOR MITTAL STEEL (HEAD OFFICE)

The design for this office space evolved from the study of the needs of the directors who required private offices with working space for their assistants, a formal waiting area and a conference hall as well as an area to meet the clients. The architects Mr. Lalit Maganlal and Mrs. Sunita Maganlal were entrusted the task for designing the office. The architects succeeded in creating a continuous flow of space and light that gives any designer a high. It reflects the style of the occupants who are among the top most manufacturers of steel in the world.
FARM HOUSE

The guest house in Nischintkoili is owned by the very well known business man and the M.D of one of the most prestigious firms in Orissa O.S.L (Orissa Stevedores Limited). It is beautifully designed keeping in mind the rich but simple taste of the client. The guest house has a beautiful red tiled full sloped roof which gives it a spectacular look and has a very soothing visual appeal. It houses an indoor swimming pool with an open courtyard that commands the view of the garden.
