The guest house is a standard four bedroom apartment at Monalisa apartment on Camac Street. The apartment is designed with an emphasis on optimizing the use of space. Using theses mediums, the architect integrated different forms, never loosing sight of actual functions and comfort level of the client. The apartment has a very simple and skillful layout and it balances the design elements that are given to the space. The layout gives the house an open instinctive perception. The apartment is purely a modern concept with mainly neutral tones which gives it a very elegant visual appeal. The living and dining areas are separate as per the requirement of the client. The apartment is very well lit and the lighting creates a dramatic effect in the living area and in other areas of the space. A complete false ceiling has been given in this space because of the height of the ceiling. The bedrooms in the apartment have a sober and rich appearance just as the client required.
