| 1982-83: | Worked with srivastava & associates in Bhopal as trainee architect. | |
| 1983: | Worked with Design Forum for 4 months handling interior work and visiting site for execution. | |
| 1983-84: | Worked with Bhardwaj in Delhi as trainee architect. | |
| 1984-87: | Worked in Detroit, Michigan, USA as Asst. Architect. | |
| 1987: | Started own office at Balasore with a branch office at Baripada under the name of “akruthi architects”. | |
| 1990: | Shifted the office from Balasore to Bhubaneshwar. | |

| 1982-83: | Worked with Chadha and Associates, New Delhi as trainee. | |
| 1983-84: | Worked with the department of architecture, Jammu & Kashmir as architect and being appointed as Asst. Architect. | |
| 1984-87: | Worked in Detroit, Michigan, USA as Asst. Architect. | |
| 1987: | Started own office at Balasore with a branch office at Baripada under the name of “Akruthi architects”. | |
| 1990: | Shifted the office from Balasore to Bhubaneshwar. | |
